Optimization Model of Electric Vehicles Charging and Discharging Strategy Considering the Safe Operation of Distribution Network

Against the background of carbon neutrality, power dispatching operation mode has undergone great changes. It not only gradually realizes coordinated control source–grid–load–storage, but also strives to realize multi-level coordination transmission network, distribution network and microgrid. Disorderly charging discharging large-scale electric vehicles (EVs) will have a negative impact on aggregating EVs guiding them charge discharge in an orderly manner play positive role delaying investment network. Therefore, it is urgent adopt effective scheduling strategy for vehicle discharging. First, variety indexes were set analyze influence access correlation between indexes. Then, by defining penetration rate load simultaneous rate, planning was calculated. Based regional electricity plan calculated, configuration model capacity suitable loads different regions constructed. Finally, optimal dispatch considering safety proposed transformer allocation used as optimization target constraint. Compared with most optimized models maximize aggregator revenues reduce peak-to-valley differences fluctuations networks, this could effectively unnecessary while meeting needs maintaining security.
